A One-Pot Lasagna Soup Recipe
Brown the ground beef, onion, and sausage in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Remove any surplus of fat.
Put the saucepan back on the heat and stir in the garlic. Saute for a minute.
Add the chicken broth, tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, sugar, balsamic vinegar, oregano, bay leaf, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Then, pour in the spaghetti sauce.
Simmer, covered, until boiling.
Throw in the lasagna noodles after breaking them up.
After adding the noodles, simmer on medium-low heat until they are tender.
Before serving, sprinkle with mozzarella, ricotta, or parmesan cheese.
