  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
    2. Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
    3. Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
    4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
    5. Pour into pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
    6. Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the bread starts browning too quickly, cover it loosely with foil.
    7. Add cinnamon sugar topping: While the bread is still warm, brush it with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
    8. Cool and serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, slice and enjoy!
