Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Leave some excess so you can easily remove it.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
Layer chocolate chips, caramel chips, coconut, and pecans on crust.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top, covering all layers.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set.
Let the bars cool completely in the tin on a rack. After cooling, lift the bars with the excess baking paper and cut into squares.
