In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
Fold in half of the whipped topping gently.
Stir in half of the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Spoon the mixture into the chocolate cookie crust.
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the pie.
Sprinkle the remaining chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups over the whipped topping.
Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving.
